These Terms of Service govern your use of destinova.co.za and any purchases made through it. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).

Use of Our Website

  • By accessing or using the Destinova website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, server, or database.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website for any user who violates these terms.
  • All content on this website is for informational and commercial purposes related to Destinova products and services.

Orders & Purchases

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, delivery address, contact details) is accurate and complete.
  • All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative.
  • Destinova reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
  • Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your payment is successfully processed and the order is dispatched.
  • Pricing on the website is in South African Rand (ZAR) and is inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through PayFast, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
  • Destinova does not store your card details. Payment information is handled exclusively by PayFast.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order.
  • If a payment fails or is reversed after goods have been dispatched, Destinova reserves the right to pursue recovery of the outstanding amount.
  • Pricing errors on the website will be corrected and you will be notified before any order is processed at the incorrect price.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery within South Africa costs R50 per order. Orders over R500 qualify for free standard delivery.
  • Delivery times are estimates only. Destinova is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the specified address.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or inaccessible delivery address, re-delivery costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • We currently deliver within South Africa only.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Destinova is not liable for returned items lost in transit. We recommend using a tracked service.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Destinova website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions — is the property of Destinova and is protected by South African copyright law.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written permission.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly from images shown.
  • Trademarks and brand names of third-party products remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

  • Destinova's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate, but we do not warrant that the website is error-free.
  • Destinova is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or courier failures.
