We want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we've made returning or exchanging it as easy as possible.

How the Process Works

WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.

Get Approval

We'll review your request and send return instructions within 24 hours.

Ship It Back

Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest courier.

Refund / Exchange

Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange is processed.

Return Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns.
  • Sale or discounted items are eligible for exchange only — no cash refunds.
  • Personalised, custom-made, or hygiene-sealed items (opened beauty products) cannot be returned.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 21 days of delivery.
  • You may exchange an item for a different size, colour, or variant of the same product, subject to stock availability.
  • If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference.
  • If the exchanged item is of lower value, a store credit will be issued for the balance.
  • Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened beauty, skincare, or personal care products.
  • Digital products or downloadable software.
  • Gift cards and vouchers.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service — Destinova is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping. Contact us first to arrange a prepaid label.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send us your order number and clear photos of the damage to our WhatsApp (063 198 1519) or email.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
  • Items damaged through improper use or after extended use are not covered under this policy.
